Stratiformis
Stratiformis (lat. „schichtförmig“; Abk.: str) sind Wolken, die sich weit über den Himmel in ausgedehnten horizontalen Feldern oder Schichten erstrecken.
Altocumulus stratiformis
Diese Bezeichnung wird bei Altocumulus, Stratocumulus und gelegentlich auch Cirrocumulus angewendet.
