Atal Progress-way
Atal Progress-way is a 408.77 km (254.00 mi) under-construction four-lane greenfield access-controlled expressway in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The expressway is part of Bharatmala Pariyojana.[2] It will connect Etawah with Kota.[3][1] Government's aim is to develop Chambal division and Gwalior division of the Madhya Pradesh through Atal Progress-way.[4] It will cost approximately ₹20,000 Crores to build.[5]

Rajasthan

The southern end of the expressway is located at the Seemalya village.[1] The expressway covers a total distance of 72 km (45 mi) within Rajasthan.[3]
Madhya Pradesh
The Atal Progress-way is located in Sheopur, Morena and Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh. The expressway covers a total distance of 313.81 km (194.99 mi) within Madhya Pradesh.[3]
Uttar Pradesh
The Northern end of the expressway is located at the Kuretha village.[1] The expressway covers a total distance of 22.96 km (14.27 mi) within Uttar Pradesh.[3]
History
The Ministry of National Highways and Road Transport, Government of India issued a notification to include Madhya Pradesh's ambitious Atal Progress-Way project in Bharatmala Phase-I on 19th August, 2021.[7] The Madhya Pradesh Cabinet approved 313.81 km (194.99 mi) long Madhya Pradesh's section of the Atal Progress-way in October, 2021.[8]
