CausaLens

causaLens is a developer of enterprise technology based on Causal AI.

The company was co-founded in London in 2017 by CEO Darko Matovski and CTO Maksim Sipos. In 2020, causaLens made available a platform that extended traditional machine learning into decision-making, predictive artificial intelligence using cause-and-effect in its model.[1][2] The company began working with organisations in asset management including Aviva Investors and quant trading firm Tibra as well as medical researcher the Mayo Clinic.[3]

In July 2022, causaLens announced that its research in partnership with the Mayo Clinic was using causal AI technology to explore non-invasive methods for screening and understanding colorectal cancer.[4][5]

causaLens officially launched its flagship enterprise product, decisionOS in January 2023. The enterprise AI platform is designed to optimise business decisions by embedding Causal AI models into an organisation's decision workflows across a range of activities,  including supply chain, sales, recruitment, and finance.[6][7]

Venture capital firms IQ Capital and Generation Ventures invested seed capital in causaLens in 2019.[8][9] The company raised $45m in January 2022 in a Series A round led by Dorilton Ventures and Molten Ventures[10][11]
