The name of the movement is identical to the controversial set of measures introduced by the ministers during their tenure, which increased minimal wage from €222 to €450 by cutting healthcare contributions, introduced in January 2022.[3]

The movement debuted in the municipal elections in October 2022, seeing good results in the 2022 Podgorica City Assembly election.
