Janti Kalan

Janti Kalan is a village in Rai tehsil of Sonipat district of the Indian state of Haryana.[1] It is situated near the Yamuna river, 4 km from Kundli and 8 km from Narela sub-city.[1] Notable people from the village include Pt. Lakhmi Chand, known as one of the greatest folk singers of Haryana. The village is mainly inhabited by Jats of Tushir clan.[1]
