Luke Wypler (born May 3, 2001) is an American football center for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Early life and high school

Wypler was born on May 3, 2001.[1] He grew up in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, and attended Saint Joseph Regional High School.[2] Wypler committed to play college football at Ohio State over offers from Penn State, Michigan, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Stanford, Notre Dame, Florida, and Ole Miss.[3]

College career

Wypler played in one game during his true freshman season at Ohio State before redshirting the season.[4] He was named the Buckeyes starting center entering his redshirt freshman season.[5][6] Wypler started all 13 of Ohio State's games and was named honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference.[7] He was named third-team All-Big Ten as a redshirt sophomore.[8]
