Mandeville Place

Mandeville Place was a proposed skyscraper to be built in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at 2401 Walnut St. It was scheduled to be completed in 2009, but the project was ultimately cancelled due to the 2008 recession.[1] Upon completion, it would have become the eighth tallest building in Philadelphia at 607 feet. The design was by Richard Meier, famous for designing The Getty Center in Los Angeles. The building was to be developed by Bedrock Group LLC. It was designed to have 45 condominia on 43 floors with views of the rest of the Philadelphia skyline and an attached 8 story hotel.
