Melchie Dumornay

Melchie Daëlle Dumornay (born 17 August 2003), also known as Corventina,[4] is a Haitian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Stade de Reims and the Haiti women's national team. She will join Lyon starting from 1 July 2023.

As of March 2021, Dumornay is among the top talented youngest female footballers in the world and was ranked fifth best by Goal.[5]

Club career

On 16 January 2023, it was officially announced that Dumornay would join French side Lyon on a permanent deal starting from 1 July 2023, as she signed a contract until June 2026 with the Division 1 Féminine club.[6]

International career

Dumornay represented Haiti at the 2016 CONCACAF Girls' U-15 Championship, the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship, the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship and the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.[7]
