Physical: 100 is a South Korean reality competition series on Netflix. The survival show was created by MBC's producer Jang Ho-gi.[1][2]

The format sees 100 competitors with well-developed physical attributes go head-to-head against each other in various individual and team challenges of strength, agility, and strategy.[3] The event is built like a tournament. Following each trial, participants are eliminated, until only one remains, to win ₩300 million.[4][5][6]
