Tyler Dees

Tyler Dees is an American politician. He is the member-elect for the 35th district of the Arkansas Senate.

Life and career

Dees attended John Brown University.[3] He was a businessperson.[2]

In March 2022, Dees ran as a candidate for the 35th district of the Arkansas Senate.[2][3] In May 2022, he defeated Jeff Tennant in the Republican primary election along with Gayla Hendren McKenzie.[4] In June 2022, he defeated McKenzie in the Republican primary runoff election.[5]

In November 2022, Dees defeated Doug Peterson in the general election, winning 73 percent of the votes.[6] He succeeded Jason Rapert. He assumes office in 2023.
