Reeves memulai karier juniornya di klub Southampton, kemudian memulai karier seniornya di klub tersebut. Selama bersama Southampton, Reeves sempat dipinjamkan ke Dagenham & Redbridge pada bulan Februari 2012 selama satu bulan,[2] lalu dipinjamkan ke Southend United pada awal tahun 2013.[3]
