Billy Carter
William Alton Carter (29 Maret 1937 – 25 September 1988 )[1] adalah seorang petani, pengusaha, brewer, dan politikus asal Amerika Serikat, dan adik dari Presiden AS Jimmy Carter. Carter mempromosikan Billy Beer dan menjadi kandidat untuk jabatan walikota Plains, Georgia.
