DBRS
DBRS Morningstar adalah lembaga pemeringkat kredit (CRA) global yang didirikan pada tahun 1976 (awalnya dikenal sebagai Dominion Bond Rating Service di Toronto). DBRS diakuisisi oleh perusahaan jasa keuangan global Morningstar, Inc. pada tahun 2019 dengan harga sekitar $700 juta.[1] Setelah akuisisi, operasi DBRS telah diintegrasikan dengan bisnis pemeringkat kredit Morningstar Inc., Morningstar Credit Ratings, untuk membuat DBRS Morningstar.[2]
