Gigantisme
Gigantisme adalah kondisi seseorang yang kelebihan pertumbuhan, dengan tinggi dan besar yang di atas normal. Gigantisme disebabkan oleh kelebihan jumlah hormon pertumbuhan. Tidak terdapat definisi tinggi yang merujukan orang sebagai "raksasa". Tinggi orang dewasa yang mengalami gigantisme dapat mencapai 2,25 - 2,51 meter.
