Grayinae adalah subfamilia (anak suku) kolubrid yang terdiri dari genus tunggal Grayia. Subfamilia ini mencakup 4 spesies ular yang semuanya terdapat di Afrika.

Etimologi
Nama ilmiah subfamilia ini (dan juga nama genusnya) digunakan sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada herpetolog asal Inggris, John Edward Gray yang banyak berjasa dalam pengklasifikasian taksonomi hewan.[1]
