HMAS Anzac (FFH 150)

HMAS Anzac (FFH 150) adalah kapal fregat Angkatan Laut Australia, yang merupakan kapal utama kelasnya yaitu kelas Anzac yang digunakan Australia dan Selandia Baru. Fregat ini mulai beroperasi di AL Australia pada 1996, dan turut serta dalam kontingen Australia untuk misi INTERFET di Timor Timur pada 1999. Kapal ini ikut dalam Invasi Irak 2003, dan terlibat Pertempuran Al Faw. Pada pertempuran tersebut, kapal ini menjadi kapal pertama Australia yang mengeluarkan tembakan dalam pertempuran sejak Perang Vietnam.
