Hlotse (atau Leribe ) adalah kota di Lesotho, tidak jauh dari perbatasan Afrika Selatan. Kota ini didirikan oleh misionaris Inggris John Widdicombe pada 1876 atas izin penguasa lokal, Molapo. Namanya sendiri diambil dari sungai Hlotse yang melintasinya. Selama masa penjajahan Inggris, kota ini juga menjadi pusat administrasi kolonial.[1]

Per tahun 2016, kota ini dihuni oleh 38.558 jiwa.[2] Hlotse juga dikenal sebagai Leribe karena merupakan ibu kota dari distrik Leribe.
