Indoprofen

Indoprofen adalah obat antiinflamasi nonsteroid. Pada tahun 1980an, indoprofen ditarik dari pasaran karena laporan efek berupa pendarahan gastrointestinal.[1] Studi high-throughput screening terhadap indoprofen pada tahun 2004 menunjukkan bahwa indoprofen meningkatkan produksi produksi protein survival motor neuron. Protein ini memiliki potensi dalam penanganan atrofi spinal muskular.[1][2]
