Inhibitor protease
Protease inhibitors adalah kelas dari pengobatan yang digunakan untuk menangani atau mencegah infeksi oleh virus, termasuk HIV dan Hepatitis C. Protease inhibitors mencegah replikasi virus dengan mencegah aktivitas HIV-1 protease, enzim yang digunakan oleh virus untuk membelah protein lahir untuk kumpulan akhir viron.
