J. Grubb Alexander

Joseph Grubb Alexander (25 Desember 1887 – 11 Januari 1932 ) adalah seorang penulis naskah Amerika Serikat pada era film bisu. Ia menulis untuk lebih dari 90 film antara 1916 dan 1932. Ia lahir di Scranton, Pennsylvania, dari pasangan Joseph dan Florence Grubb Alexander. Ayahnya berasal dari Skotlandia dan ibunya adalah putri dari Kapten Evan P. Grubb, seorang veteran Perang Saudara.[1] Joseph meninggal akibat pneumonia di Los Angeles, California dalam usia 44 tahun, dan dikebumikan di Hollywood Forever Cemetery.[2]
