Liga Championship Inggris 2013–2014

Liga Championship Inggris 2013-14 adalah musim kesepuluh dari Liga Championship Inggris dengan nama saat ini atau musim kedua puluh satu di bawah format divisi sistem liga Inggris saat ini dan akan menandai ulang tahun ke-125 musim perdana The Football League. Musim akan dimulai pada 3 Agustus 2013 dan selesai pada tanggal 3 Mei 2014 dengan semua pertandingan pada hari terakhir dimulai secara bersamaan.[4]

Perubahan klub

Dibawah ini adalah perubahan klub sejak musim 2012-13.[5]

Klub peserta

Sebanyak 24 klub akan berkompetisi, sebanyak 18 klub adalah peserta musim 2012-13 sebelumnya. Mereka akan bergabung dengan 3 klub yang promosi dari Liga Satu dan 3 klub yang degradasi dari Liga Primer.

Pada tanggal 20 April 2013, Bournemouth promosi ke Championship setelah Brentford bermain imbang 1-1 dengan Hartlepool. Satu minggu kemudian, Doncaster promosi sebagai juara Liga Satu setelah mencetak gol terakhir melawan Brentford. Hal ini membuat Bournemouth harus turun ke peringkat kedua klasemen liga. Pada tanggal 19 Mei, Yeovil Town berhasil promosi setelah berhasil mengalahkan Brentford pada final play-off Liga Satu Inggris.

Pada tanggal 28 April 2013, Queens Park Rangers dan Reading secara bersamaan harus degradasi dari Liga Primer setelah bermain imbang tanpa gol satu sama lain. Pada tanggal 14 Mei, Wigan Athletic menyusul degradasi dari Liga Primer setelah kalah 1-4 dari Arsenal.
