Munich S-Bahn (bahasa Jerman: S-Bahn München) adalah sistem jaringan angkutan cepat kereta listrik yang terdapat di Munich, Jerman. "S-Bahn" singkatan dari Stadtschnellbahn (harafiah, "kereta kota cepat").

Jaringan Munich S-Bahn dioperasikan oleh S-Bahn München, divisi dari DB Regio Bayern yang juga merupakan divisi dari Deutsche Bahn, perusahaan kereta nasional Jerman. S-Bahn saat ini terintegrasi dengan Munich Transport and Tariff Association (Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund, MVV) dan terhubung ke seluruh kota dengan Munich U-Bahn. Saat ini, S-Bahn hampir dapat menjangkau seluruh bagian metropolitan Munich yang berpenduduk sekitar 2,7 juta jiwa.
