Ornithodoros moubata adalah spesies caplak lunak yang berada dalam genus Ornithodoros dan keluarga Argasidae. Spesies ini bertindak sebagai vektor yang menularkan penyakit demam berulang (relapsing fever) pada manusia[1][2] dan penyakit demam babi afrika pada babi domestik dan babi liar.[3]
