Penny Rose
Penny Rose adalah seorang perancang kostum asal Inggris yang telah berkarya dalam industri film sejak 1970an. Rose telah tiga kali dinominasikan untuk BAFTA Award untuk Rancangan Kostum Terbaik untuk film-film Evita (1996), Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), dan Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006).
