Perang Kuasi adalah perang yang tidak dinyatakan dan terjadi di laut antara Amerika Serikat dan Prancis dari tahun 1798 sampai tahun 1800. Di Amerika Serikat, konflik ini kadang-kadang disebut Perang yang tidak dinyatakan dengan Prancis, Perang Bajak Laut, atau Perang Setengah.
