Periode Hangat Abad Pertengahan yang juga dikenal sebagai Optimum Iklim Abad Pertengahan, atau Anomali Iklim Abad Pertengahan, adalah sebuah masa iklim hangat di wilayah Atlantik Utara yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa penghangatan lainnya di wilayah lain pada masa itu, yang meliputi China[1] dan wilayah lainnya,[2][3] yang berlangsung dari sekitar ca. 950 sampai ca. 1250.[4] Wilayah lainnya mendingin, seperti pasifik tropis.
