Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin[1] (lahir 12 Juli 1988 )[1] adalah seorang aktris, dan model asal Australia. Ia dikenal dalam peran-perannya di berbagai acara televisi sebagai Cleo Sertori pada H2O: Just Add Water, Fiona Maxwell di Tomorrow, When the War Began, Faye Chamberlain di The Secret Circle, dab Hayley Marshall di seri The CW berjudul The Vampire Diaries serta spin-off dari seri The Originals.
