Kehidupan awal

Keluarganya terdiri dari orang tuanya, dan adik perempuan Prerna Sehajpal.[2] Ia belajar di sekolah Hukum Amity di Delhi.[3] Dia juga memenangkan kompetisi Powerlifting dan Binaraga

Karier

Pratik mulai terkenal di MTV Love School 3 pada tahun 2018. Dia kemudian menjadi runner-up di MTV Ace Of Space 1 dan Bigg Boss 15. Dia juga menjadi pembawa acara Box Cricket League dan MTV Love School 4 pada tahun 2019.

Dia membuat debut digitalnya dengan XXX 2 karya Ekta Kapoor ALTBalaji dan kemudian meraih keunggulan negatif di serial web Bebaakee.
