Real Girls Project (리얼걸프로젝트; atau R.G.P) adalah proyek grup vokal perempuan sepuluh anggota di bawah kontrak Interactive Media Mix. Grup tersebut dibentuk pada 2016 untuk serial drama The IDOLM@STER.KR.[1][2]
