Teluk Saint Vincent adalah teluk besar di Australia Selatan. Teluknya terletak di antara Semenanjung York, Semenanjung Fleurieu dan Pulau Kanguru. Adelaide yang ibu kota Australia terletak di pantai timur. Terhubung dengan Samudra Selatan oleh Investigator Strait dan Backstairs Passage.
