The Oprah Winfrey Show (sering disingkat Oprah) adalah acara bincang-bincang (talk show) yang dibawakan oleh Oprah Winfrey, dan acara talk show dengan rating tertinggi pada sejarah televisi Amerika Serikat.[2]
Setelah 25 tahun ditayangkan, acara ini secara resmi tamat dengan episode terakhir ditayangkan pada 25 Mei 2011.[3][4][5] Episode terakhir tersebut disaksikan oleh 16,4 juta pemirsa, merupakan kali ke-630 acara tersebut menduduki peringkat pertama dari segi rating acara televisi di Amerika.[6] Di Indonesia, program talkshow ini ditayangkan oleh stasiun televisi Metro TV.
