Uranofan (uranophane, Ca(UO2)2(SiO3OH)2·5H2O), atau uranotil adalah mineral langka yang mengandung unsur kalsium, uranium, dan silikon. Senyawa ini berwarna kuning dan bersifat radioaktif.
