V. P. Menon

Rao Bahadur Vappala Pangunni Menon CSI, CIE (30 September 1893 – 31 Desember 1965) adalah seorang pelayan sipil India yang menjadi Penasehat Konstitusional[1][2] dan Komisioner Reformasi Politik untuk tiga Viceroy terakhir pada masa kekuasaan Inggris di India.
