Lionel Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild, Baron de Rothschild,[1] FRS[2][3] (8 Februari 1868 – 27 Agustus 1937 ), adalah seorang bankir, politikus, zoologis, dan anggota keluarga Rothschild asal Inggris.

Biografi
Walter Rothschild lahir London sebagai putra sulung dan pewaris dari pasangan Emma Louise von Rothschild dan Nathan Rothschild, 1st Baron Rothschild, seorang finansier kaya dari dinasti keuangan internasional Rothschild dan anggota parlemen Yahudi pertama di Inggris.[4]
