When Dream and Day Reunite adalah CD dan DVD Bootleg resmi dari Dream Theater yang dirilis oleh Mike Portnoy melalui YtseJam Records. Album ini berisi set kedua konser di Los Angeles pada tahun 2004 di mana band ini menampilkan seluruh album When Dream and Day Unite untuk merayakan ulang tahun ke 15 album tersebut. Album ini juga dilengkapi encore, di mana mantan anggota Charlie Dominici dan Derek Sherinian bergabung dengan band di atas panggung.[1] Pada format DVD terdapat tambahan "Fitur Khusus". Termasuk "Audio Commentary" dari anggota band, dan sebuah film dokumenter panjang yang menunjukkan sepuluh lagu yang ditampilkan secara live pada awal-awal terbentuknya band dengan line up asli saat itu.[2]
