O 23.º Satellite Awards ou Satellite Awards 2019 (no original, em inglês, 23rd Satellite Awards) foi a 23.ª edição organizada pela associação de mídia dos Estados Unidos, International Press Academy, para honrar os melhores profissionais e obras de cinema de de 2018.

As nomeações foram anunciadas em 28 de novembro de 2018.[1] Os vencedores foram anunciados em 3 de janeiro de 2019 e a cerimônia ocorreu em 22 de fevereiro de 2019.[2] Para este novo ciclo de premiação, o Satellite Awards decidiu separar as categorias de Melhor Filme, Melhor Ator e Melhor Atriz em drama e comédia ou musical. Anteriormente, as categorias eram juntas desde a cerimônia de 2011.
