True Blue ist eine Stadt in Grenada.

Hintergrund

Ursprünglich gab es auf dieser schmalen Halbinsel, wie an der gesamten Südküste Landwirtschaft. Mehrere Indigo Plantagen wurden in der Gegend betrieben. Vor 40 Jahren war hier das Zentrum der Carifta Expo 1969, der ersten internationalen Ausstellung in der Karibikregion. Heute ist von den vielen Wegen und Gebäuden wenig bis gar nichts erhalten. Dafür hat man dort die amerikanische St. George´s Universität für Medizin angesiedelt.
