Battexey ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 36 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2020) im Arrondissement Épinal des Départements Vosges. Sie liegt im Kanton Charmes.
Geographie
Der Madon, ein 97 Kilometer langer Nebenfluss der Mosel und damit Teil des Flusssystem des Rheins, durchfließt die Gemeinde, bevor er nach Bralleville im Département Meurthe-et-Moselle kommt.
