2022 Huila attack

On 2 September 2022, seven police officers were killed in an ambush in Huila Department.[1] Their vehicle collided with a road mine and they were then shot dead.[2]

Response

President of Colombia Gustavo Petro called the incident "a clear act of sabotage against peace" in the Colombian conflict.[3]
