Bankim Chandra Kar

Bankim Chandra Kar was an Indian Politician. He was the Speaker of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly.[1] He was Member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly from Howrah West Assembly constituency in 1951 and 1957 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election.[2][3][4]
