First Field

First Field, formerly MÁV-Előre Stadium, is an American football stadium in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. It is the venue of the Fehérvár Enthroners in the European League of Football (ELF) and the Hungarian national American football team.

The facility offers 3500 seats to the spectators. The name First Field is derived from the fact that the stadium is the first all-American football stadium in Hungary.

History

First Field was built in 2016. The construction took place in parallel with the redevelopment of the Sóstói Stadium and used components and seating of the Sóstói.

In 2018, a gymnasium was added to the facility, as well as an additional artificial turf field, which serves as a training field and for second-team games. In 2020, the main grandstand was completely covered. In 2021, the Hungarian Bowl was held at First Field.

Usage

Besides the football teams, the stadium is also used by the Ultimate Frisbee team Fehérvár Lions. Likewise, the annual Fezen Fesztivál uses the stadium.[1]
