Himalaya College of Engineering is a private engineering college in Lalitpur, Nepal. Established in the year 2000, Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) is affiliated with the Institute of Engineering of Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

The college is located at Chyasal, Lalitpur. Before June 2012, it was situated in Shankhamul, Kathmandu, and Buddhanagar. The new building covers an area of 6100 sq m (12 ropani).
The college offers various engineering courses relating to Civil Engineering (96 seats), Electronics Information & Communication Engineering (48 seats), Computer Engineering (48 seats), and Bachelors in Architecture (48 seats). The college also has a B.Sc. CSIT (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science And Information Technology - 48 seats) and BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application-36 seats) course affiliated with TU.
The college provides different facilities such as laboratories and spaces to hack robotics. It is a college with a six-storied main academic building, a cafeteria, a project building, and two buildings for laboratories and workshops.
It is one of the top ranked private Engineering institution of Nepal.
