Background

The singer started teasing the song in early January 2023, while vacationing in Tokyo with her boyfriend Rauw Alejandro.[1] On 18 January, Rosalía revealed the release date.[2] She kept releasing TikTok clips with snippets of the song leading up to the release.[3] The song was described as Flamenco pop with electronic influences.[4] On 23 January, she posted the cover of the single.[5]
