Staten Island Community Board 3

Staten Island Community Board 3 is a local government unit of the city of New York, encompassing the Staten Island neighborhoods of Annadale, Arden Heights, Bay Terrace, Charleston, Eltingville, Great Kills, Greenridge, Huguenot, Pleasant Plains, Prince's Bay, Richmond Valley, Rossville, Tottenville and Woodrow.[5]

Its current chairman is Frank Morano, and its district manager Charlene Wagner.[4]

Note that this Frank Morano is not the same as Frank Morano, host of the WABC-770AM,radio show, “The Other Side of Midnight” and a political advisor. The latter has said on his show that he and the former are friendly.
