Charlene Choi Cheuk-Yin (Hanzi tradisional: 蔡卓妍, Kantonis: coi3 coek3 jin4, Pinyin: cài zhuóyán; lahir 22 November 1982 ) adalah wanita penyanyi, aktris dan anggota di grup musik berkebangsaan Hong Kong, Twins. Ia adalah juga tokoh Tionghoa-Kanada. Ia dikenal sebagai penyanyi untuk Cantopop dan lagu tema di film dan serial televisi.
