Eraserhead adalah sebuah film horor tubuh surealis Amerika 1977 yang ditulis, diproduksi, dan disutradarai oleh pembuat film David Lynch. Dibuat dalam bentuk hitam-putih, Eraserhead adalah sebuah film jangka fitur pertama Lynch, yang datang setelah beberapa karya pendek. Film tersebut diproduksi dengan bantuan American Film Institute (AFI) saat masa pembelajaran sutradara tersebut disana.
