Grand Prix Italia 1961 adalah balapan Formula 1 yang digelar tanggal 10 September 1961 di Monza. Di balapan kali ini Wolfgang von Trips mengalami kecelakaan di hebat dan tewas beserta selusin tifosi.[1] Phil Hill tampil sebagai pemenang lomba.[2]
