Kegubernuran Gafsa (bahasa Arab: ولاية قفصة Wilāyat Qafṣah diucapkan [ˈɡɑf.sˤɑ]) merupakan sebuah kegubernuran di Tunisia yang memiliki luas wilayah 8.990 km² dan populasi 324.000 jiwa (2004). Ibu kotanya ialah Gafsa.
