Kekaisaran Wolof atau Kekaisaran Jolof (Prancis: Diolof atau Djolof) adalah negara di Afrika Barat pada abad pertengahan yang menguasai sebagian Senegal dan Gambia dari tahun 1360 hingga 1890.
