Lina Wertmüller
Lina Wertmüller (14 Agustus 1928 – 9 Desember 2021 )[1][2] adalah seorang penulis skenario dan sutradara Italia yang paling dikenal karena film-filmnya The Seduction of Mimi, Swept Away, dan Seven Beauties. Ia adalah wanita pertama yang dinominasikan pada Academy Award untuk Sutradara Terbaik untuk Seven Beauties.[3]

Wertmüller lahir dengan nama Arcangela Felice Assunta Wertmüller von Elgg Spañol von Braueich di Roma pada 1928[4] dari sebuah keluarga Swiss Katolik Roma taat dari keturunan aristokrat.
